Baniya added that preparations were on to decorate Khula Manch, Bhrikuti Mandap and the Rastriya Sabhagriha. Khula Manch will be used as a place where the convention will be inaugurated. Likewise, the closed session will be held at Bhrikuti Mandap and the elections are scheduled to take place in the Rastriya Sabhagriha. Likewise, the central committee passed party's policy and programme prepared by the policy and programme committee for the convention under the leadership of NC Acting President Ram Chandra Poudel, Baniya informed. Similarly, the publicity committee formed under the coordination of NC Publicity Department Chief Dr Minendra Rijal has allocated designed tasks after forming various sub committees. RSS
