You need to be very careful if you have habit of taking bath with hot water.

Always check the temperature of the water before taking bath. You need to make habit of wearing socks while going to bed which helps to absorb sweat. You need to buy the shoes in evening time. The swollen feet in the day or morning can cause you feel tight shoes and may cause you trouble. Keep your feet clean thoroughly between the gaps of fingers and foot.
