All the major leaders and artists participated in the party organized by journalist Rishi Dhamala. The participants of the party include most of the political leaders and celebrities. The huge participation in a personal party is against the prevailing law of Nepal. The Chief of Armed Police, the Chief of Nepal Army, ex-prime ministers, ex-Army Chiefs, leaders, journalists and film artists were present in the party.
